10-inch Acer Aspire One D150 makes an FCC appearance

It was back in late November of last year when we first got word that the 10-inch Acer Aspire One was set for a Q1 2009 release, however we have still been waiting for it to appear in a real world image. Now without any further waiting, we have the FCC to thank for those first images.

Overall there does not seem to be much in way of difference as compared to the current 8.9-inch Aspire One netbooks, that is, aside from the addition of a Bluetooth module and the display, which is now 10-inches.

Of course, the display still offers the same 1024 x 600 resolution. Another item to note is the keyboard, although this observation is based solely on the above image, it appears to have two full-sized shift keys. Which, if you are familiar with netbook keyboards is generally an issue. A specific release date has not been announced, but this listing is a sure sign that it is getting sooner. Of course, if you feel the overwhelming desire to purchase one now—it is available (in sapphire blue) for pre-order on Amazon for $349.99.
